-"Purified" water (only tap water may be used unless another source of water is deemed necessary by the federal water regulatory board)

_allow hair growth to a length which visibly interferes with access to your citizen identification number tattooed on the back of your neck

_seek or allow any medical “treatment” at any facility other than an approved federal medical center.  If traveling outside the Nation of Obama, any medical attention must be performed at a federally approved medical facility.  For your convenience when traveling abroad, there is a facility located centrally in the capital city of each country.
