A former Washington state man who blogs about his attraction to young girls, but says he doesn’t touch them, was arrested Monday near a university infant-development program after being found with a camera, police said.
Jack McClellan was arrested at 1:40 p.m. at the University of California, Los Angeles, campus police said.

Seattle police have arrested a 20-year-old Cinerama employee for setting up a hidden video camera in a restroom at the movie theater and videotaping women in the stalls over the weekend, according to a police report.
Police arrested the Seattle man Saturday after a woman discovered the video camera while she was using the bathroom. The woman was visibly upset after watching the video and calling police, according to the report.
Police were able to identify the man because he taped himself setting up the camera, according to the report.
The man was booked into King County Jail pending charges for voyeurism.
