In fact, it would probably be a good idea to dissolve the gov’t of all the other Central American countries; Guatamala,El Salvador , Nicaragua,Panama.....and have them merge with Costa Rica and Honduras.

Great comments by 11B40 & Stepps. You can tell when someone is raised by responsible parents, they pass those traits on.  And I too have sent both boys thru motorcycle safety class and my 16 yr old daughter passed her’s last month, doesn’t even have her license to drive yet. But it shows her I trust her. Even better, someday she’s gonna get on the back of a bike w/ some boy and she will know when he’s riding irresponsible.  Just hope she has the estrogen to tell him to stop it now or she’ll walk. (I’m just a phone call away).
