Fifty years ago, most Muslim regimes were backward little oligarchies, living on the edge of existence in the eighth century.  Now they still live in the eighth century philosophically, but have 20th century weapons and more money than they can spend for more deadly toys and volunteers to use them.

I’m beginning to think too that the only thing these madmen will respect is sustained, overwhelming violence beyond their imagination, collateral damage be damned, but I don’t think we have the stomach for a WW2 level of violence, destruction, casualties and hardship on the home front.

You’re so right Claire; I wonder what catastrophe it will take to awaken the sleeping giant? And when it does awake, will it be tied up like Gulliver was by the Lilliputians, or too fat and somnolent to do anything about it?

You have a legitimate reason to shudder Claire. Our blind leadership has been letting anyone into America. The recent Hispanic demonstrations were just the tip of the iceberg. What are we going to do when we have 30 million Hispanics and 15 million moslems clamoring at the same time for the downfall of America, from within. And a Third(turd) World making demands from all sides.

I am so damned dissappointed in our leadership we have now, and I don’t have much faith in the future unless a viable 3rd party of Conservatives rises up.

It’s a chilly morning here in east Tennessee but reading this post can warm you up fast. I just wish there was something that would light a fire under the blind politico’s in DC and the head up the ass left wing but I have given up on that. The chasm between the Gorehole voters and real Americans is so wide and deep I don’t know how it can ever be filled. It is as if these people want to see the destruction of this country they are cheer leaders for those that seek our destruction how weird is that? I grow weary of there constant bleating and giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Any steps taken to ensure our security is leaked by these people and splashed all over the pages of a leftwing paper. It is political war waged by leaking hold over’s from the Clinton administration. It is time some of these people are indicted and prosecuted along with reporters that print these stories. Also I believe this week will tell the tale on illegal immigration if the DC Bozo’s have not got the message by now they never will. If they pass an illegal immigration bill that does nothing to stem the invasion of this country I say throw there asses out and find someone serious to run the nation.

Yep - they have made their intentions more than clear - and yet we’ll wait until they hit us with a nuke or three before our “leaders” do anything.

I believe this letter means it will be sooner rather than later.
