I consider myself lucky. Many folks around here won’t have their power restored until around 6 p.m. Wednesday. Many shelters (and even more private homes) open. Winds blew at, sustained, 25 mph last night. Combined with a big ice storm all day Saturday, it made for a real mess. Our lovely trees in the Borough took a beating.

While helping out with the flood stuff the other day someone implied (I nipped THAT conversation in the bud real quick) that G*d is angry with America.........
