You need a flamethrower for such circumstances.

My first thought was to call these guys.

PS: anyone know where I can buy one? ;-)

Right now I’m almost as pissed at all the big talkers on our side around here.

Me and JR were alone. There was NOT ONE OTHER PERSON ON OUR SIDE DOWN THERE.

comment by Headmistress Sondrak  on  11/10  at  08:08 AM

Sondra, I’m sorry and also so proud of you guys and your commitment.  There are several rounds to every good fight and the weaker opponent often takes the early ones as the professional sizes up the situation.  The onlookers say “I can’t believe it! The champ should have seen that coming”.
Trust me here, the champ will win...this wasn’t even a round it was more of a low blow early on.

It is however so importaint to remember that when good people do nothing...well you know the quote.
Love you both...bless you.

Did you get any video, or pictures at least?

That would go a long way towards getting the word out.

comment by fretless  on  11/10  at  09:03 AM

Fretless is right.  You ought to capture some of this stuff on video and post it on YouTube.  This is insanity.

I’m embarrassed that this kind of behavior is allowed to go on in our country.  Law enforcement out your way has been neutered by the bastard politicians.

Shameful.

Sondra, sorry to hear it was so rough for you there. :(
It is quite difficult at times to not ponder the validity of some conspiracy theories.  Though this situation certainly looks like someone at the top is using their power to let others who have the same political views as they do, do their dirty work.  Liberal at top prevents the cops from controlling the liberals at the bottom.  The payoffs are that the person at the top gets to cause problems for the military, and the people at the bottom get to “protest” and not have to worry about repercussions for breaking the law.

comment by JonB  on  11/10  at  09:51 AM

I reckon iffin’ y’all had a governor who espoused the rule of law she would dispatch the National Guard.

It’s similar to the way our police here are not allowed to ask if a person detained for questioning or a crime is an American citizen.
There should be some prohibition against city and county officials preventing existing laws from being enforced as you wittnessed.
I wish I could be there to join you in person. Such as it is from a distance, you have my appreciation and encouragement.
Just let me know what I can do to help and I’ll do my best.

If you need, I’ll send you my video camera and some tapes to start.
Just be careful and I hope the word gets out so you can have reinforcements in person to chronicle this debacle.
Documenting faces and actions can be helpful in the future.
Maybe some federal agencies might need to be invited to the party since the locals are such ‘tards.

I believe LEO swear an oath to uphold the law. How does one reconcile that with politicians demanding that you *not* enforce the law?

Where are the representatives of Olympia Law Enforcement detailing who directed them to allow these law breakers to continue their unlawful actions? I’m sure that the citizens of the Olympia area would be interested and I’m sure the local Communist Organizing rag. . . err, newspaper will have one of their investigative reporters right on the case! sarc/

comment by MCPO Airdale  on  11/10  at  10:05 AM

Every account I can find emphasis that this is a “non violent” protest.  But i’m not buying it.  You know that they are just waiting for the chance to goad the cops into “repressing” them, so that they can get the media advantage.

It would be sweet if someone could capture that action on video.

I’m sorry Sondra. I just can’t afford to move up there and help you yet. I promise that as soon as I can I will but I’m poor and it will take me a while to save enough for my motor home and I have to save a little to live on until I can get work there too. Don’t be mad at me.

I sent emails to Rush and Drudge. Maybe they will be interested. That’s all I can think of to do right now unless someone has money for a plane ticket. I’m off until Tuesday. Be careful whatever you do. Go armed.

comment by Boazo  on  11/10  at  11:27 AM

Thanks for your efforts Sondra. Your report is a chilling eye opener. That the local government either is afraid of or supports the demonstrators tells volumes about where we are headed.

The “big talker” non-shows is just human nature. A sad reality, it reminds me of all the draft dodgers from Vietnam who stated they would serve if America was being attacked. Well America has been attacked and the lines are not long at recruiting stations.

Sondra, I am so very sorry.
This just enrages me too. Words cannot express the rage and sadness at what our country is becoming.
Our troops serving our country and our cities deserve far better than what they are receiving.
I am with you in spirit!

You need to get this crap on tape.  Then later, you can point out laws being broken, and you can ask pointed questions of the police.  And if the cops can be captured on tape acting again as they did, you can then ask the police chief WTF.  You might even be able to file charges of non-performance of duty (malfeasance? dereliction?) in the face of a crime being committed.

“ripped off a piece of fence… blocking folks”
and that’s the end of “non-violent”.

Yer not crazy nor “conspiracy minded;” there really is something afoot within all our local governments.  It’s the creeping incrementalism of socialism, nanny-stateism, PC-ism, and chickenshiitism.  The latter most particularly.

It is so easy for the locally elected to not do something; particularly since they know that the street trash and rabble rousers will screech like rabid makakas if they do.  While normal, responsible folks who’re busy working, paing taxes and taking care of business simply will not hit the streets and act like trash to make a point.

Unfortunately, it is time we normal people do take an evening—or even an afternoon—and visit the local board/council/gang and speak our minds.  You will be amazed how they respond; usually with fear.

[We had one Planning Commission actually take a 20 minute “break” and run into the back offices when a bunch of [ok - like 200] work-dressed farmers with actual shiit on their booots and fire in their voices showed up to a meeting to say “NO.  You may not meter/monitor our water.” These chickenshiit Commissioners actually made the people sit there for 20 minutes while they wet themselves and regained their “composure” in the back offices.  I could hardly keep a straight face.]

Put together a punchy, clear 3 minute [or whatever your local time restriction is—make it 15 seconds under] statement: fact based, impassioned but not overly emotional.  Go down to the next meeting of whatever governing body is responsible and get on the open calendar.  They have to have one at every ‘regular’ meeting.  Then give a hard copy to the clerk marked “FOR THE RECORD.”

LOCAL GOVERNMENT is the place we need to start to take back our country.  In TX they got a giant piece of the Trans
TX NAFTA highway stopped dead by finding an old [194something] statute that says that the Feds must work with local governments on stuff.  Then they started at the board of education and worked their way up.  They’re having success stopping the Fed/Globalists at the local level.

Idea/Question:  What happened to Protest Warriors?  Was there even one in your area? They seem the likeliest place to start looking for like-minded, ‘normal’ people.  Retired people are also a great resource; they have time and a clearer memory of what this nation used to be like and ought to be like.

If you have a buddy on any of the LE agencies, start there.  Ask ‘em off the record what the dealio is.  They can’t do/say anything out front, but they’re a great resource o what to look for when ya do yiour research.  And part of your research is the campaign donation records for your council members.

This is not about the war anymore:  this is about the usage of limited county resources and your tax dollars.  How much did it cost to get those officers to respond just to turn around and wander off?  How much to clean up after all those street thugs?  How much tax money lost to the local businesses.  Talk to those business owners, too.  They surely did not appreciate the loss of business ad threats to their customers.

oh.  my… I’ll step offa this soap box, now.
...for a while

Well, I’m sorry that I wasn’t there, but I’m more than three thousand miles away.

On the other hand, if I had been there, I probably would have spent the night in a jail cell.  Aggravated assault is frowned upon, unless it’s a Lefty commiting it against a conservative.

But I know you would have had company in jail had you been, with me and JR. I don’t think we would have been able to temper each other if all three of us were together.
