This is an old cemetery in the small town of Humble (silent H) where many of the people were buried when it was an oil boom town (as in the Humble Oil & Refining, Co aka Exxon). This is a rustic old place, right in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, where school kids go to do gravestone rubbings, etc. The city maintains the cemetery because many of those buried there have no living kin. This desecration has been a real shocker for a lot of people.
