hm… so how ya gonna get/make that bread?  wine?  candles? And what if your “loved ones” are miles away?  walk?  on streets?!? or over the river and thru the woods? with no shooooz? [or like Hog - no pants?] all that “ow! ow! ow!” is hardly conducive to “silence.”

“chewing each mouthful of food you eat real slow – 18 chews a bite.” rly?  becoming OCD is “nurturing your health”?

so the point is.....

the core idea isn’t to follow a particular religious practice — or even to follow the ten principles to the dot. It’s to use all the guidelines and information provided to find what works — or doesn’t work— for you when it comes to unplugging
