In some ways I feel sorry for what the people there are going to go through as Chavez-style communism does the inevitable progression of bad-to-worse until it collapses entirely. But on the other hand they elected this asshole and he’s doing exactly what he said he would so it’s not like they didn’t know what they were going to get with him in charge. On the gripping hand it’s useful to have yet another spectacular failure of Leftism to wrap around libtards’ necks.
The left will cheer this… until it is time to take their food, then it will be unfair.

The left voted for Obama too. After he nationalizes the press, there will only be the evil capitalists to blame for the country’s problems.
Stick & Paladin, I agree entirely! I wonder how long it will be before the Venezualian people start going hungry?
We would be smart to pay attention to what Chavez is doing, cuz I think he’s practicing classical communism!
I wasn’t talking about Venezuela.
Any word on Hollywood’s Chávez heroic biopic?
TanQ, Paladin! The analogies are so close that it’s easy to get confuzilated!
It really creeps me out seeing the same techniques that are used by the psychotic little dictator in Venezuela being used by this administration.
The only difference is the degree.
Countdown to civil war?
Mheh. I think I’ll let the expired canned goods stay on my pantry shelf after all and put the good stash of food in a dugout somewheres. Anyone wants to raid my cupboards, let them contract ptomaine.
