The boys and I just got back from one...about 7 or 8 hundred people I would guess....and at least that many flags....was really glad to see so many people out in the rain....I’m feeling inspired!!!!!

If more people from the US would move their sorry asses to one of these more healthy, happy sustainable life countries I sure as hell would be more healthy, happy and sustainable right here in the country I love and will die before leaving.

The South Florida parties were horribly planned, I didn’t know about one until late last night.  I checked websites and they still had the April 15th information listed.  I wondered if the rest were so poorly put together.

I wonder why we have so many Cubans, Dominian Republicians, Jamaicans, Guatemalans, El Salvadorans, Brazilians and Hondurans living in South Florida if their countries are so spiffy?

All those places would be disease-ridden, parasite infested tropical hellholes without the benefit of American, and to a lesser extent, European ‘unsustainable’ science, industry and medicine.
They would be very, very green though, because the population would be a half of what they are now, most of them having 50 year life expectancies.

Well since the announcement almost a year ago that she was running for V.P. it has been nothing but daily relentless attacks on her. By both the liberals and fools in her own party, and for the most part they haven’t been attacks on political beliefs but vicious personal attacks on her and all of her family. And this latest ethics complaint is costing lot of money. I couldn’t blame her if she dropped out of politics altogether for her families sake.

(a) Since when does ‘sustainable’ have anything to do with having a ‘long, happy, meaningful’ life?  The whole premise is off kilter.

Even if the balance was 50-50, ecological nonsense to ‘happiness,’ these numbers are just ridiculous.  What did they do, wiegh ‘sustainability’ as 99.9% of what they determined made a human being happy?

Yeah, it’s that sustainable thing. The folks in those countries live the year on less than one of our welfare recepients gets in a month, has little or no indoor plumbing, no access to world news much less electricity and thus no expectation of anything outside their village till the next hurricaine or tsunami wipes out what they do have.

Thanks Sondra, I was thinking the same thing. I just have to pack food and beverages and finish some new signs.

We will be next to the city fireworks event, so there will be plenty to see us and afterwards we can stay for the display.
