Well since the announcement almost a year ago that she was running for V.P. it has been nothing but daily relentless attacks on her. By both the liberals and fools in her own party, and for the most part they haven’t been attacks on political beliefs but vicious personal attacks on her and all of her family. And this latest ethics complaint is costing lot of money. I couldn’t blame her if she dropped out of politics altogether for her families sake.

(a) Since when does ‘sustainable’ have anything to do with having a ‘long, happy, meaningful’ life?  The whole premise is off kilter.

Even if the balance was 50-50, ecological nonsense to ‘happiness,’ these numbers are just ridiculous.  What did they do, wiegh ‘sustainability’ as 99.9% of what they determined made a human being happy?

Yeah, it’s that sustainable thing. The folks in those countries live the year on less than one of our welfare recepients gets in a month, has little or no indoor plumbing, no access to world news much less electricity and thus no expectation of anything outside their village till the next hurricaine or tsunami wipes out what they do have.
