Even if we pulled out the troops it would only save some expenses that we don’t have the money to pay for anyways....It would not ‘create’ money to pay for healthcare.  Frank and his ilk should try living in the real world for a while where you actually have to ‘work and earn’ hard cash to meet your obligations and your expenses are limited by how much money you have and not how much you can print in the basement.
