You have my sympathy.
In my 30’s--I had surgery to remove the skin between my bucky beaver front teeth-got infection—I looked like I was smacked in the mouth--- teeth removed --- braces and every adjustment was hell-- than the big retainer that hooked into the braces and around my head-- it hurt so bad I’d sit with my head in my hands and the tears would fall--for one yr.-- but skin grafts—my toes curl for you.
In the end it was all worth it.
